I’m so glad I found your site whilst looking for a caravan for permanent living. This RockWood 2608BS you bought into the country for me from the USA is just superb – the space is fantastic! I just love the floor, the colour’s and the finish. Today my granddaughter visited – she said it’s beautiful! It’s hard to buy sight unseen apart from photos videos, but I was so impressed the day it finally arrived – it’s everything you said it would be.
I also like the way you do your business. The estimate is the most comprehensive I’ve had and seen. I think it’s why your suppliers and contractors hold you in high regard; there’s no room for mistakes and everybody knows what’s going to be delivered including my order and cost.
It’s a lot of money to spend; I just loved paying contractors directly by invoice for work carried out. I’m sorry a ship brought the bridge down in Baltimore, USA and it caused you a headache! You arranged a tow company take the rig 1300 miles to another port in time to catch another ship. You’re very polite and handled it all well.
I think my last words have to be “I’m a happy chappy”. I couldn’t have bought a better van for full-time living, and I couldn’t have had a better person and company to have dealt with. Without doubt it’s why you’re successful and you delivered as promised.
